1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they have been received.

2. Shipping Time: Shipping time may vary between 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

3. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via national courier services.

4. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary based on the selected delivery option.

5. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package's progress.

6. International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

7. Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by delivery service providers, weather, traffic, or any other external factors.

8. Signature Requirement: We require a signature upon delivery. 

9. Return to Sender: Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or non-collection will be subject to a return fee. This fee will be deducted from the purchase amount and a refund will be issued for the remaining balance.

10. Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with proof / photos upon receiving your package.

Returns & Refunds

How We Do It

1. Return Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package. Provide us with clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution.

3. Resolution Process: Once we have reviewed the photos and confirmed the damage, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

     a. Replacement: We will send you a replacement for the damaged item free of charge.

     b. Store Credit: If a replacement is not available or preferred, we can issue a Gift Card for the value of the item/s.

4. Notifying Us: To report a damaged item, please contact our customer service team via email, WhatsApp or through our online contact form. Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and attach clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

5. Return Shipping: If a return is deemed necessary by our team, we will provide you with the needed courier process/info for the return. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and properly labeled.

6. Refund Process: In the case of a damaged item, a replacement or store credit (Gift Card) will be issued only after we received the item from you. Please note that any damage occurring after the item has been delivered and in use will not be eligible for a return or refund. We strongly recommend that you take proper care of your jewellery to avoid any damage.

6. Our Products: PLEASE NOTE - Due to variations in manufacturing, there might be slight differences in size measurements. With our Crystal Collection, please note that each stone is naturally unique, so there may be variations in colour, shape & size.
